Community Service Event Coordination
Our second annual recycling event, hosted by my client M.Hotchkiss, with services provided by Martin's Junk Hauling Company, proved to be a resounding success....Here's how the project went:
Preparation: We advertised well in advance and set up a welcoming station with refreshments.
Execution: Despite soaring temperatures, we collected two and a half truckloads of recyclables over four hours.
Engagement: We gathered over 45 contacts, distributing information and conducting a service survey.
Impact: The event generated leads and raised awareness, with returning visitors praising their past experiences.
This community-focused initiative not only helped clean up the neighborhood but also demonstrated the power of word-of-mouth marketing and community engagement.
